Arovex - Nano-engineered Composites
Arovex is the platform brand of CNT and graphene engineered composite materials using our proprietary Kentera dispersion technology. Available on a wide variety of glass and fiber reinforcements, Arovex is a uniquely positioned material that provides a significant advantage in toughness without compromising strength.
The incorporation of nanomaterials into the resin systems used in Arovex helps protect the material from fracture damage. Customers choose Arovex to improve the performance of a product without compromising weight advantages of composites. Epovex - Nano-engineered Adhesives
Repair and maintenance applications are an ideal segment for Zyvex to demonstrate the power of nanomaterial engineered products. With a bonding strength stronger than welding, Epovex Adhesive allows our customers to rapidly repair and maintain their products with the confidence that the latest in materials technology is hard at work.
In simple terms, Epovex is a structural adhesive for carbon fiber. Introduced in 2010, it provides superior bonding strength through the incorporation of carbon nanotubes in the 2-part epoxy adhesive. ZyMER - Molecularly Engineered Rubber
ZyMER is the only commercially available rubber compound technology that successfully transfers the advantages of carbon nanomaterials into a variety of elastomer products. Using a proprietary version of our Kentera technology, ZyMER is an ideal method to improve the mechanical and electrical performance of rubber compounds.
ZyMER is an advantage over other toughening agents or metals in rubber. Improving tear strength by as much as 50%, ZyMER additives do not negatively impact rubber’s elasticity and translates into more efficient manufacturing rubber products, such as gaskets, belts, and bladders. ZyMER is also suitable for conductive electrostatic dissipation applications previously impossible for rubber products.
